Philly and Alan proved to be the calm amongst the storm throughout our wedding process! Having to move our wedding day forward six months last minute we were convinced we’d have to cancel our booking, but they gladly flipped plans around and Alan came up to Surrey. He captured the most special memories of our day, we regularly look over the photos and every little tiny detail that he snapped – memories that will last a lifetime. We were so delighted with the photos, we had them back again to our party in the summer. When we received our second batch of stunning photos, and a video (which we adore!) we knew we’d made the right choice. With a calm, professional and friendly approach to the whole process we felt at ease straight away, and like both Philly and Alan knew exactly what we were looking for. Numerous guests on both occasions commented on how personable they both were. I couldn’t recommend Philly and Alan more highly, and we might just have to plan another party so we can have them back!

From the first sight of their portfolio, we loved their colourful, natural and fun shots which matched perfectly with the style of photography we were looking for. They offered an elopement package which was perfect as it was just us for our wedding so we didn’t need a full day’s photography. In our first contact with them, we explained how as well as having pictures at the venue it would have been our dream to have pictures at Watergate Bay, which they enthusiastically agreed to. On the day, Philly put us at ease immediately. Neither of us have had professional photos before and initially felt nervous in front of the camera but soon forgot it was there and just had a great time. After the ceremony we went to the beach for photos, and we honestly couldn’t be more thrilled with the photos – they captured the day perfectly!

Alan made us feel completely at ease in the pre shoot and on the day. It was more like having a friend at our wedding and the rapport that we built up with him has really shone through in our shots! He managed to squeeze out the best version of ourselves on our special day and the photos are memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. I would not hesitate to use these guys again and can wholeheartedly recommend them as the best photography team that we have come across!

We would highly recommend Philly & Alan. The photos speak for themselves, but it’s the little things that make their service so special: the way they put you at ease, the way they support you to get the most special shots, and the way they take the stress away from organising your guests for photos etc. We could not fault them, or their photos… their presence on the day was so welcome, we just wish they could have just been guests of ours! We love you guys!

We couldn’t be happier with our choice to have Philly, Alan and Megan capture our wedding. They fitted in with the relaxed feel of our wedding and they were super professional from the very first contact. They put us totally at ease in the practice shoot and were so lovely and easy to get along with.
